Do you ship world-wide?
Yes! We offer Free worldwide shipping for orders over $40
Can I cancel my order after I've bought something on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing (only if we catch the request in time) if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request.
When will my order ship & what are shipping times?
Shipping times are 2-4 weeks. Processing times are up to 1-7 working days. These times are delayed due to Covid-19. Please bare with us while we do our best during these difficult times.
So where's my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking to update in the system!

The items in our collections can come from different suppliers and in some cases and will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Please don't worry!
